3. After you complete your purchase, check your inbox for a confirmation email from Klarna.
4. You'll see the first charge when your order ships. The remaining 3 payments will be automatically processed every 2 weeks.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 30 days of purchase for free. 30 day exceptions can be found Here. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Note: Any new or gently used Cosmetic or Fragrance product purchased at Macy's that does not meet your needs will be accepted for return.

Return Process

Start A Return process will ask you to choose the item(s) and reason you wish to return, and then refunded preference:

• Original Payment Method (Klarna)
• Macy's Gift Card

Once we receive your mailed return, we will credit your account within 7-10 business days. It may take several days to post activity to your Klarna account.

In Store: You can also choose to return your item to any Macy's store if you prefer. Refund credit will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days. It may take several days to post activity to your Klarna account.
