Unfortunately, merchandise purchased at Macy's on or after 1/13/2025 cannot be returned or exchanged at a closing store. Merchandise purchased prior to 1/13/2025 can be returned per Macy’s standard return policy at a designated register through 2/11/2025. Merchandise purchased at Free Standing Macy's Backstage on or after 2/3/2025 cannot be returned or exchanged at a closing store. Merchandise purchased prior to 2/3/2025 can be returned per Macy’s standard return policy at a designated register through 3/4/2025. Merchandise purchased at Macy's Furniture Galleries on or after 2/3/2025 can be returned as outlined in the Furniture & Mattress returns policy at macys.com.
Gift cards will not be sold at your closing store after 1/11/2025 and Macy's Backstage after 2/3/2025. Gift cards can be redeemed at your closing store until it closes, and you can always redeem gift cards at macys.com.

Star Money cannot be earned or redeemed at your closing store after 1/12/2025 and Macy's Backstage after 2/3/2025, but it can be earned or redeemed for online purchases or purchases made at other Macy’s locations.
