Macy&#x27;s uses three different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. Our three carriers are:<ul><li data-block-key="02clt">United Parcel Service</li><li data-block-key="gvx88">United States Postal Service (USPS)</li><li data-block-key="lgye3">DoorDash®</li></ul>UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination. Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:<ul><li data-block-key="7e1wj">You will not incur additional shipping charges</li><li data-block-key="lw5w6">Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped</li></ul>Macy’s Gift Cards: Sent via USPS and will ship within 3 business days. E-Gift Cards sent via email will be delivered within 48 hours.Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options

What is a UPS Access Point?A UPS Access Point is a safe and convenient location you can use to ship and receive packages. UPS Access Points are located at local retailers and UPS stores near you. How does UPS Access Point work?When you select UPS Access Point as your delivery method, your items will be shipped to the UPS Access Point location of your choice. You will receive an email when your package arrives, and you (or the designated pickup person) will be required to show a valid government ID and tracking number for pickup.Can someone else pick up my package?Yes. During checkout, you can designate a UPS Access Point pickup person. Ensure that the name appears exactly as it does on their government-issued ID. They will need that ID and the tracking number of your order to pick up your package.How long will my order be available for pickup?Your package will be available for 7 calendar days after it arrives at the UPS Access Point location. You will receive an e-mail reminder before your uncollected package is returned.How can I track my package?You can <a href="https://www.macys.com/purchases/lookup">track your order</a> here any time after it is placed, or from the Track Shipment link provided in your shipping confirmation email.Can I return my items at a UPS Access Point?Yes. Packages with attached, pre-paid UPS shipping labels can be returned at a UPS Access Point location near you.
