Why aren't the bonus offers or free gifts that I added available at Checkout?

Most likely, the bonus offer(s) and/or free gift(s) that you added to your Bag is sold out and no more are available in our inventory, so they won't show up in Checkout.

Here are some things to note about bonus offers and free gifts:

  • Bonus offers and free gifts are available only while supplies last
  • They often ship separately from the rest of your order
  • If you're picking up your order in store, any free gifts or bonus offers associated with your purchase will be shipped to you
  • If your order was delivered but is missing your bonus offers and/or free gifts, it's because these item(s) have sold out and there are no more available in our inventory

Note : In the event you return qualifying item(s), please be sure to include the bonus with the return. If you would like to keep the bonus but not the qualifying item(s), your account will be charged for the value of the bonus.
