What should I do if I’m trying to login to my credit profile but I’m seeing a message that says, “An error has occurred?”

When you login to your account and access the My Account page you will see links for "Purchases outside of Macy's" and "Macy's Purchases" under the header "my Macy's Credit Card." Please click the "Credit Summary" link under "Macy's Purchases" and complete the first time verification process to access your credit account. You will not receive that error message in the future after completing the first time verification process.
