What if I had an issue with my delivery?

Have an issue with your delivery? Please let us know, within 30 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information, if you did not receive your merchandise, or if you are missing merchandise. If you do not report this within 30 days, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Note: Some items on our site are shipped and sold directly from the sellers. If the damaged item was shipped and sold directly from the seller, you will see the option to “Contact The Seller” on the Order Details page. Contacting the seller will result in a faster resolution, as Macy’s cannot process returns or exchanges for these items.
