What do I do if an item in my Shopping Bag is unavailable?

As you are shopping on, you may come across the following message:

We're sorry. The highlighted item(s) in your Shopping Bag is currently unavailable. Please delete the item(s) to proceed.

This message during Checkout indicates the merchandise you're trying to purchase is sold out and no longer available. To continue with your order, remove the unavailable item(s) from your bag. We suggest you look around for a possible substitute for the item that was unavailable. Once you have removed the unavailable items and have finalized your Shopping Bag, you can proceed to check out.

If you're still having trouble:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure your browser and device operating system are up to date
  • Clear your browsing history, cookies, and other site data
  • Use a different browser or device
  • Turn off private browsing to enable services in Checkout
