Macy's offers you the option to Buy Online, Pick Up in Store with no shipping fee. Here’s how it works:
For most store locations, if your order is placed by 3:00 PM in your local time zone, it will be ready for pickup that day.
Ship to Store Pickup orders will be ready 5-8 business days after your order is confirmed.
Your order confirmation will provide you with a "held until" date. If your order isn't picked up within the provided seven-day timeframe your order will be canceled and your account will be issued a full refund. Credit may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank
Searching for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store eligible products is simple.
There are a few ways to update the Macy's Shop Your Store location that you wish to order and pick up from. Keep in mind you cannot change the pick up location once your order is placed.
Option 1: Shop Your Store banner
Hover or click on the Shop Your Store banner in the top right of macys.com. Navigate down to Change Store and click. Follow the Select A Store feature to locate your desired Macy's location.
Option 2: Search & Filter
Using the search bar on macys.com enter the product name or description you are looking for. Once your results populate, you will see the "Pick Up at" checkbox in the Delivery & Pickup filters. Click on the listed store and follow the Select A Store feature to locate your desired Macy's location.
Option 3: Your Bag
Once inside Your Bag, you will see the option to "Ship It" or "Pick Up Today" (if available). To update the store location, click on the listed store and follow the Select A Store feature to locate your desired Macy's location.
Note: Select Ship to Store products will offer "Pick Up in 5-8 Days". These are items that are not currently within store inventory but are being shipped to the store. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup in the same manner as same-day pick up.
You are able to designate an alternate pickup person on your order. They must be the person listed on your order and provide the confirmation email and ID.
Your ID may be swiped at the register for security and verification measures.
Internal pick up locations will vary by store. Instructions with a precise location will be included in your pickup notification email. You also have the option to choose Curbside pick up (where available) by simply clicking the Curbside option in your confirmation email when you are on the way.
After you place your order, you have 15 minutes to make changes or cancel it.
Your order will be held for pick up for seven days. If your order isn't picked up within seven days, your order will be canceled and your account will be issued a full refund. Credit may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank. You may contact your pick up store and advise that you no longer wish to pick up the order once you get your confirmation email that your order is ready.
Gift wrap options vary by location, but may be available at the time of pickup.
