In-Store Pick-Up Order Information
In-Store Pick-Up is always FREE!
  • Search Bar

    Search for the item by typing the item into the search bar. Click the checkbox next to Pick Up at "your location". This will now show you only products available at your preferred store.

    Product Page

    On the product page, you will need to decide the size, color, or other options of the specific item you want to purchase. Then, under the "Add To Bag" button you will see your shipping and pick-up options. If the item is unavailable in-store it may present an opportunity for a ship-to-store timeframe where available. If unavailable at your preferred store, check the availability of items at other Macy's locations by clicking the store name and choosing another store in your area.

  • The pick-up location must be selected BEFORE submitting your order. Pick Up location can not be changed after your order has been placed as stock is specific to the store your order is being fulfilled from.

    From the product page:

    1. Click on "check other stores", found below the "Pick Up In-Store" option
    2. Enter your zip code OR city/state and select the distance within your zip code that you want to search for a Macy's store and click "search"
    3. Select your preferred store and click "save"

    From your shopping bag:

    1. Click on the "change store" option found above your merchandise selections on the right-hand side of the page
    2. Enter your zip code OR city/state and select the distance within your zip code that you want to search for a Macy's store and click "search"
    3. Select your preferred store and click "save"

    If your preferred store is not listed, the merchandise is NOT currently available for in-store pick up at that store location. You have the ability to change your pick-up location to see if the item may be available at other nearby Macy's. Many items also can be shipped to your store with no delivery cost.

  • Macy's begins the process of fulfilling our orders as quickly as possible. Typically you will have approximately 15 minutes to make changes or cancel a pick-up in-store order.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up by email (and text message, if you opted into SMS notifications). 

    If your local store is closed on Sunday, the order will be available to pick up the next business day.

  • No. Pick-up in-store is currently only available in the Continental United States Macy's locations.

  • We're sorry, but we will not be able to ship an item to your preferred store from another store. 

    If you’d like to order an item that is not available at your preferred store, you can check another store within driving distance or have the item shipped to your home.

  • Yes, you can! You can have some items shipped to your home, while others can be picked up in-store.

    Please note: You are only able to ship to one address and pick up at one store on a single order. We currently are unable to ship and fulfill multiple destinations on one order. We suggest you make multiple orders if you need to ship to a few different addresses.

  • Most likely, you still have the Ship option marked.

    At checkout, be sure to choose "Pick up" as the delivery option. Once this option is chosen, your shipping fee should disappear. If the "Pick Up" option is not available, the merchandise is not currently available for in-store pick-up. You may choose to "Ship It" instead and have the merchandise delivered to you.
