Macy's Beauty Box

When you sign up to be a part of our Beauty Box subscription program, you'll receive five deluxe beauty samples, one bonus item, and other beauty related products every month. Each month's Beauty Box contents are a surprise - the samples are chosen by our beauty experts and will represent the month's theme.

You'll also receive an exclusive $5 (sometimes more) beauty coupon that can be used on your next online or in-store beauty item purchase.

Plus, you'll also get access to monthly online videos with professional how-to styling tips for applying your new Beauty Box products.

Macy's Beauty Box is $15 per month, plus an applicable sales tax, and shipping is free. You'll be billed each month once your order ships, usually within the first two weeks of the month.

How to Subscribe for Beauty Box

Visit the Macy's Beauty Box page online and enter your email to subscribe. Depending on availability, you may have to join our Beauty Box waiting list.





How the Beauty Box Waiting List Works

Once you've subscribed online for Beauty Box, you may be placed on a waiting list. Macy's will email you as soon as a subscription spot becomes available. When you receive this email, follow the instructions to sign up. You will have 48 hours to subscribe.



Note: You will need to create a Macy's profile to join the Macy's Beauty Box waiting list. You don't need to provide a credit card or shipping info to join the waiting list.





Purchasing a Single Beauty Box Without Subscribing

Macy's occasionally runs promotional offers for a single Beauty Box when a qualifying purchase is made, but the only time to enjoy our Beauty Box every month is by subscribing.





Returning Samples From a Beauty Box

Macy's Beauty Box samples are not eligible for return or exchange.





Reviewing Beauty Box Products

You can write reviews for your deluxe samples on the full-sized product pages on macys.com. We'll also send you an email about two weeks after you receive each box. You'll be able to click through and review each product through this email.

Managing your beauty box subscription

Updating Your Shipping Address or Billing Information

You can update your Beauty Box subscription by going to our Beauty Box Manage Subscriptions page.



Note: Any edits you make here will also be made to your Wallet (for billing) or Profile (shipping address) information. If you have not received your order confirmation for the next box, all changes will take effect for this box. If you have received your order confirmation for the next box, it will go to the address effective prior to your edits.





You Accidentally Deleted Billing And/Or Shipping Info in Wallet or Profile

Deleting your billing or shipping information in your Wallet or Profile will delete it from your Beauty Box subscription as well. Go to the Beauty Box Subscription Mangement page to enter the information for your Beauty Box subscription.





Cancelling Your Beauty Box Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just follow the directions on the Manage Subscription page.



Note: Cancellations must be made before the tenth of the month to affect the following month's Beauty Box shipment.





Putting Your Subscription On Hold

At this time you can't put your subscription on hold. Your Macy's Beauty Box will arrive every month unless you cancel your subscription.

Forms of Payment

Macy's accepts the following forms of payment for Beauty Box orders:

  • Macy's Card/Macy's American Express Card
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
The following are not acceptable forms of payment for Beauty Box orders:

  • Macy's Money
  • Bloomingdale's Employee Private Label Cards
  • Loyalty Rewards
  • Macy's Gift Cards
  • Coupons & promo codes


Payment Denied at The Time of Monthly Order Processing

If this happens, you'll receive an email notification that your order was canceled and your payment needs to be updated. You can update your payment information on the Manage Subscription page on our site. If we encounter problems with your credit card on file which prohibits us from shipping your order, you won't be charged for or sent a Beauty Box.



Customers who have failed with payments for two months in a row will have their Beauty Box subscription cancelled and you'll receive a cancellation email. If your subscription is cancelled, you'll need to re-subscribe .

Overall Shipping Policy for Beauty Box

Macy's Beauty Box ships via Standard Shipping for free. You should receive your Beauty Box by the third week of the month.





Beauty Box Shipment Restrictions

Macy's Beauty Box is currently only available in the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/GPO addresses, or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. Territories.





Tracking Your Beauty Box

Once your box has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your box's order and tracking number. You can also track your package through the Order History page on macys.com.





Your Beauty Box Shipment Hasn't Arrived

If you haven't received your Beauty Box shipment, verify that your subscription status on the Beauty Box Subscription Management page is "Subscribed" and all information is accurate.



If your subscription status is "Suspended", it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your credit card has expired
  • Your credit card or billing address is missing
  • Your shipping information is missing
  • Your shipping address does not meet our shipping policy (Macy's Beauty Box is currently only available in the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/GPO addresses, or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. Territories)
Note: You can change any of the above information on the Beauty Box Subscription Management page . Corrections must be made before the tenth of the month to receive your next Beauty Box. If you fail to update your information by that time, your subscription will be cancelled and you'll need to subscribe again.
