I was not able to complete my Macy’s Credit Card verification. What should I do?

If you received an error message that said, "The information you entered does not match our records, please try again. For your protection, we cannot specify which field is incorrect. Suppose you have already attempted to reenter your information and are still having difficulties. In that case, your account may be subject to a 24-hour lockout," then please check your Macy's statement or card and make sure you enter your name exactly as it appears there.
