 To request a replacement card, you'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's American Express Card® to your macys.com profile.

   Hover over your name in the top right corner of the homepage &amp; select "Macy's Credit Card".
  </li>
  <li>
   Under "Account Services" in the middle of the page, select "Order a Replacement Card."
  </li>
  <li>
   Here you will provide the required information then submit your request.
