If you believe the balance of your Macy's Gift Card is incorrect, Macy's would be happy to review your gift card balance once you have completed the following steps:

1. Print and complete a Gift Card Balance Dispute Form

2. Provide a copy of the front and back of the Gift Card with your dispute form

3. Include a valid proof of purchase for the Gift Card

4. Email the above documents to [email protected]

Please note that only requests submitted with the proper documentation will be accepted.  Due to privacy and security concerns, Macy's does not accept online claim requests without a copy of the front and back of the Gift Card.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact the Gift Card department at 1-800-511-2752. They are available Monday through Saturday from 9AM - 12AM ET and Sunday from 9AM - 11PM ET. Issues may include:

• You do not have proof of purchase and/or are unable to send us a copy of the Gift Card
• You are unable to check your balance online
• If you have any questions or concerns regarding your Gift Card balance dispute
• Your Gift Card is not working online or in-store
• You are inquiring about the balance of a Thanks for Sharing reward card
• You are inquiring about the balance of a promotional gift card (a card with an expiration date) and/or Macy's Money
• You have not received your Return Gift Card from an online or store order return, please call 1-800-289-6229
