To cancel or edit an AutoPay or a one-time payment, you will need to access your Macy's credit account:

 " and log into your account with your email address and password.

 Select the "Manage AutoPay" link below the "Make a Payment" box.
 </li>

 You can review your scheduled payments in the "Upcoming Payments" section. Click the plus sign for any scheduled payment to reveal the full payment details and to edit or delete as necessary.
