How do I add, remove, or use credit cards in my macys.com Wallet?

Add a credit card to your Wallet

In addition to Macy's Cards, you can add Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards to your Wallet (up to 10 cards total). Follow these steps to add a credit card to your Wallet:

For the desktop site

Sign In To Your Macy's Account
Select WALLET from the dropdown menu (upper right-hand side)
Under the Credit & Debit Card section, select the Add A New Card button
Enter the card number and associated billing information
Select the Save & Close button

For the mobile site

Sign In To Your Macy's Account
Select WALLET from the dropdown menu (upper left-hand side in MY ACCOUNT )
Under the My Credit Cards section, select the Add A Credit Card button
Enter the card number and associated billing information
Select the Save button

Your card information is now saved in your Wallet for future use. If you'd like to easily access your Star Rewards information, set your Macy's Card as your default card.

Remove a credit card from your Wallet

Follow these steps to remove a credit card from your Wallet:

For the desktop site
Sign In To Your Macy's Account

Select MY ACCOUNT from the dropdown menu (upper right-hand side)
Midway through the page, you will see the WALLET section that displays your current saved cards
Each of your cards will have an EDIT option in the left corner
Click EDIT and the card info will slide out with a EDIT button
Click EDIT
Scroll down and you will see a REMOVE button
A pop-up will ask "Are you sure you want to remove this card", click OK
The page will refresh and the card is removed from your Wallet

For the mobile site

Sign In To Your Macy's Account
Tap your name icon on the lower right
Scroll down and tap My Wallet
Tap Credit Card
Locate the credit card you wish to remove
Swipe that card toward the left revealing the red REMOVE button
Tap REMOVE and acknowledge the warning of removal
Card is now removed from the wallet

Checkout using credit cards saved to Wallet

During Checkout, your default card will automatically show as your preferred payment option.

If you want to use a different stored credit card:

In the Payment section, select the Change button
The section will expand to show all of your saved credit cards
Select the round button next to the card you want to use for payment and then select the red Save button
You can also add a new credit card at this step

Expiration of credit cards in Wallet

If you have any expired credit cards in your Wallet, you'll see an "expired" flag next to the expired card(s) during Checkout. If any of your saved credit cards expire, you won't be able to use them for future purchases.

To update your card information or delete a card, go to the Wallet Page.
