If you've submitted your return online, you can reprint your return label at any time by following the steps below:

• Sign in to your profile OR if you do not have a Macy's profile, look up your order with your order number.
• Select "My Account" from the top right drop-down menu
• Under "My Account" select "Purchase History"
• All On-line Orders now display
• Select the order number that you would like to return
• Click on Return Items
• Select Reason for Return
• Click "Continue"
• The payment Method will display
• Click "Continue"
• Choose how you would like to return your items.
  • Macy's Stores
  • UPS Drop Off
• Submit Return page displays
• Click on Submit
• Return Confirmation displays with the option to Print Return Label
• Print your return label and return slip, and include the return slip in the package along with the item(s) you're returning
• Attach your return label to the outside of the package - each return label can only be used for one return
• Drop off your package at any UPS drop-off location
