You'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or your Macy's American Express® Card to your macys.com profile to dispute a charge. If you need help adding your card, please Click Here
- Select My Account and log in to your account with your email address and password
- Select the credit summary link under the Macy's Credit Card section
- Select the "I want to…" drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose: Dispute a Charge
- Review account activity, select unauthorized transaction(s), follow the prompts, and submit
- A status email will be sent when the dispute is complete
Please allow at least 6 weeks for a resolution.
