Contact-Free Curbside Pickup
Curbside Pickup is here! For your safety & comfort, you can now shop online and receive orders at select store locations from your car, contact-free.
  • Pickup hours are 11am-5pm, Monday-Friday

    After you place your order, you have 15 minutes to make changes or cancel it.

  • Who can pick up your order?
    If you place an order online, you are the primary pickup person. If you believe that you may not be able to pick up the order, you can designate an alternate pickup person during Checkout. These are the only two people who can pick up the order.

    When you arrive to pick up your order, you’ll need your Ready for Pickup email and a valid government-issued ID.

  • At this time, returns can only be processed through our online returns process to keep our colleagues and customers safe.

    • Place your order online with Curbside Pickup at a store near you
    • Order by 12pm local time for same day pickup; orders placed after 12pm are ready on the next business day
    • The selected store receives your order
    • Your merchandise is selected from the store's current inventory and prepared for pickup
    • When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a Ready For Pickup email that includes: directions on where to go to pick up your order, the phone number to call when you arrive and the date your order will be held until
  • You can access your curbside order via the confirmation email that you receive after placing your order. Effective on 03/08(Android) and 03/22(iOS), you can also access to your curbside orders within the Macy's app. This enhancement provides directions on where to meet our team for curbside delivery and allows you to check in when you have arrived all within the Macy's mobile app.
