We're offering Curbside Pickup at many Macy's locations. To see if it's available at your favorite location or a Macy's near you, click here
If you place an order online, you are the primary pickup person. If you believe that you may not be able to pick up the order, you can designate an alternate pickup person during Checkout. These are the only two people who can pick up the order. When you arrive to pick up your order, you’ll need your Ready for Pickup email and a valid government-issued ID.
Your order will be held for 7 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 7 days, your account will be issued a full refund. If you want to extend the hold time for your order, please contact the Store where your order is being held.
