Points expire if your Macy’s Credit Card is closed or you don't make a qualifying purchase for 12 consecutive months on your Macy's Credit Card or with your Star Rewards membership.

Star Money

Star Money will expire 30 days after it is issued. You can check the expiration date of your Star Money rewards at macys.com/mystarrewards or when you check out with your Macy's Credit Card. Once your Star Money expires, it will automatically disappear from your Wallet.
