Return Policy for International Orders
Email [email protected] if you're not satisfied with your purchase and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase.
Note:
Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on preference.
All European Union customers have the right to back out of a purchase within
seven
days
of completing the transaction (e.g. placing the order on the website). If a European Union customer cancels their order during this 7-day period, Borderfree will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product(s) AND any extra fees (e.g. shipping) paid by the customer to receive the item. Borderfree can charge the customer for cost of shipping goods back to Borderfree. Reimbursement by Borderfree will be made within 30 days.
Returning an Item Shipped Directly From a Vendor
Check your shipment invoice to find specific return instructions for the item you ordered. If you're unable to locate the return instructions on the shipment invoice, email [email protected] .
International gift recipients can return merchandise received as gifts. Email [email protected] for specific instructions on how to make your return.
Note: When returning a gift, the return amount must be credited back to the original tender of the purchaser.
There Are No Returns to a Macy's Store
International orders may not be directly returned to a Macy's store.
Length of Time it Takes For Refunds to Post to Your Personal Account
Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. If you provided an email address when you placed your order, Borderfree will email you when your return has been received and processed.
How to Return Merchandise Purchased at a Macy's Store if You Live Abroad
If you're not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, email [email protected] and include the following information printed on your store receipt:
After submitting your email, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Colleague within 48 hours who will assist in processing your return.
Items purchased for International shipping may not be exchanged.
