Holiday Best Price Guarantee Adjustment Policy 12/1/24 - 12/25/24
We're updating our price adjustment policy this holiday season to give you the peace of mind that you're getting the best price of the season. If an item is further reduced in price within 25 days of when you purchased it - Macy’s will price match on our advertised price, for purchases made between 12/1/2024 and 12/25/2024
All price adjustment requests must be submitted by December 25, 2024.
Orders placed after December 25, 2024 will follow the standard 10 day price adjustment policy.
The new sale price cannot be honored in addition to any previously applied promo codes or discount offers.
You will be refunded the difference in price to your original form of payment.
Items shipped and solddirectly by our Digital Third Party Sellers or Direct from Vendor partners are not eligible for priceadjustments.
Note: Due to customer privacy and security concerns, Macy's does not accept price adjustment requests submitted via applications or third parties. Only requests submitted directly by a customer will be accepted.

To qualify for a Sale Price Adjustment, the sale price adjustment needs to be submitted NO LATER than 25 days:
White Glove, In-Home, & Room of Choice - 25 days from date of delivery for your purchases, made between 12/1/2024 - 12/25/2024.
Parcel from Warehouse - 25 Days from date shipped from the warehouse for your purchases, made between 12/1/2024 - 12/25/2024.
Parcel from Vendor- 25 Days from date shipped from the vendor for your purchases, made between 12/1/2024 - 12/25/2024.
Note: The 25 days is part of our Holiday Best Price Guarantee. Our price adjustment policy outside of 12/1/24 - 12/25/24 is 10 days.
